This trick with a newspaper is probably my favorite one to perform, though the StraitSweater is catching up!.
Talking to kids after the show, and performing some one-on-one magic for them.
Evan's New PosterThe devils, for those wondering, were often used in posters of magicians in the early 1900's. I like those old posters quite a bit! (Full image here)
Zenith makes me wish we could use fire at the Jewelbox!
She performs with something new to me called buugeng - watching videos of these makes me REALLY look forward to seeing it! In motion these things just mess with my eyes!
She will be doing a musical number involving balloons popping ...
Which looks like this for the Bordeaux Project, but sorry guys, she'll be a lot more covered up for this family show!
And she'll be playing a song on the Ukelele too!
Morgue Anne is also coming! She's a rather talented performer who will be singing for us, among other things.
When I first came to Seattle, the first show I did was with Starving Artists on Parade. This is a group with monthly shows that is headed by Morgue Anne - so I'm especially delighted to have her in my show!
She's actually a pretty talented costumer as you can see ...
And is going to do a routine I've been eager to see in this show!
I met her when we did a show at the Pink Door together.
She sang - and WOW does she have a beautiful voice!
I was really delighted when she let me talk her into being in this show. You have no idea.
So don't miss our January show!
One of the circus arts being practiced in Seattle is Hula Hooping, as shown rather spectaularly here by Cirquesse - https://www.facebook.com/Cirquesse
I've done shows with Cirquesse at several locations, most recently the CanCan in Pike's Market. She's fantastic!
She's a dancer as well as a hula hooper - and several other things to boot, in general she's just a talented lady.
I could keep talking, but ... look at this picture. Seriously. LOOK AT IT. I can't say anything that will make you want to see her act more than this picture will.
This is what she looks like when she's relaxing at the beach, in case you were wondering.
Louie Foxx is the consummate kid that never grew up and it’s evident as you watch him interact with audiences of all ages. He is living his childhood dream of being a magician. http://louiefoxx.com/
He holds several world records - and yes, one is with a bullwhip!
He's a funny guy and performs all over, and on top of that he's one of the nicest guys in town.
He's even been on NBC's America's Got Talent!
And most of all - I can't wait for my kids to finally be able to see his act!
Hiromi and Randi are a juggling duo.
I met Hiromi Cota through the Seattle circus community when I was looking for a juggler - I'm excited to see him!
